If you email us, we process the contact details you provide and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss a possible engagement.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, we may also process information for that purpose.

We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and manage the enquiry. If it leads to a business relationship, relevant records may be kept for the duration of that relationship and for any period required by law.

When you visit this website

This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Where Ciri determines why technical request information is processed, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure. The hosting provider may process information sent with a request, such as an IP address, the requested page, browser details and the time of the request. Cloudflare's published Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum describe its processing and applicable transfer safeguards.

Cloudflare may process technical information outside the European Economic Area. Its linked data protection terms describe the applicable transfer safeguards. Cloudflare’s retention criteria depend on the purpose of processing and applicable legal or contractual obligations.

Ciri does not add analytics or advertising tools to this website. We will update this notice if the website's features or data handling change.

Email provider

We use Microsoft 365 to manage business email. Microsoft processes email content and related information to provide that service under its data protection terms. See Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum for information about how Microsoft handles customer data and transfers.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive information you provided in a portable format.
